Ordering & Payment

Simply browse our collections and add your favourite Lumé Luxe pieces to your cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout to complete your purchase securely using your preferred payment method.

We accept secure card payments via Yoco and Direct Bank Deposit (EFT). If you choose EFT, please use your Order Number as the payment reference and send proof of payment to shoplumeluxe@gmail.com for faster processing.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes — Lumé Luxe ships throughout South Africa and internationally upon request. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on your location.

For local orders, please allow 2–5 business days once payment is confirmed. International delivery may take 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processes.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and courier link to follow your parcel's journey.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, beauty and personal care items are non-returnable once opened or used.

However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact shoplumeluxe@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Returns must be unused, in original packaging, and approved by our team prior to shipping.

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days once the returned item has been inspected and verified.
